FCRA By Law Section. 1.02 - Annual Meetings

An annual meeting of the Members shall be held each year for the election of directors and the transaction of such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.... on the closest Saturday to July 4 of each year. Written notice stating the date, time and place of any annual meeting shall be mailed or personally delivered to all Members not less than ten (10) days nor more than fifty (50) days before the meeting. Unless otherwise specified, all annual meetings shall be held at the Reserved Area of the Subdivision.
