FCRA Water System: Consumer Confidence Report
The FCRA has been a Public Water System since 1995. The FCRA water system follows the guidelines / laws governing water created by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) The water system is a investor owned utility water system which provides water only to FCRA members/owners and only to the property on the Frio Cielo Ranch subdivided property.
